(1) The account of income and expenditure of the fund shall be kept in accordance with the prevailing law.
(2) The audit of the fund shall be done by the Department of the Auditor General.
(3) The Government of Nepal may at any time, if it wishes, inspect or cause to be inspected the income and expenditure accounts of the fund, related documents and other cash and goods.
